Riley has been walking for a few weeks now. Here are some shots of him showing off his new shoes...
It took him awhile to get used to them. I am not a fan of shoes on babies so he's never had to wear them before. But with the rain and weather here he had to get used to them so that we could go outside. Nate and I have been enjoying walking around the block with Riley. He loves to walk around the outside of the house. Nate will walk ahead of us and Riley will walk to him with me close behind - just in case. He's fallen a number of times, but doesn't seem to mind, he just gets right back up and continues on his way. We even did our walk last night in the rain - he just loves to be outside and explore. When cars come he stops and waves at each and everyone...I think he makes our neighbors' days!

i too am not a fan of shoes on babies...their feet are so darn cute and they have to wear shoes for the rest of their lives. perfect time to start needing them!
