Heatwave 2009

It's been close to 100 degrees here and Riley still wants to be outside. We've spent the last couple of days enjoying a friend's pool and our beach place, but today stuck around town. This was post nap on our front porch (the only spot of shade at our house). Gotta love watermelon! Riley then proceeded to weed the front flower beds - I'm not sure how we got him to do that, but he likes to find the weeds and pick them out of the ground.

This weather reminds Nate and I so much of Texas. Too bad our porch doesn't have a ceiling fan! We
